The Wellbeing Barometer: Survey for Year 6 and younger

Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey below.

While some questions may feel familiar from previous years, the Wellbeing Barometer has been reviewed and refreshed this year to further refine the information shared by parents and caregivers. These updates support clearer insights while maintaining consistency with previous surveys, ensuring results can still be meaningfully compared over time.

The Wellbeing Barometer is part of an ongoing longitudinal study designed to support your school over time. By capturing patterns and changes across successive years, the survey helps your school better understand emerging needs, track shifts in wellbeing and respond more effectively to the concerns of families.

The insights gathered play an important role in informing how your school can strengthen early intervention, prevention and wellbeing support for students and their families.

All responses are anonymous and reported only in summary form.

Please base your responses on your observations from the past 12 months.
